Krishna Janmashtmi was celebrated in New India Convent School with our little ones dressed as kanha and radha . According to the Hindu calendar this religious festival is celebrated on the Ashtami of Krishna Paksh or the 8th day of the dark fortnight in the month of Bhadon. Krishna is the epitome of joy, the quintessence of simplicity and the very source of love. And we encourage our loved little stars to learn what lord Krishna taught in “BHAGWAD GITA”. Fun and frolic is the essence of this festival and it was kept in mind and our staff and students enjoyed every moment of the day.
